Research
User interviews and observations, web metrics analysis, competitive analysis and stakeholders interviews are part of this step. The aim is to know about you, your company and your users.
Strategy
Based on research, we defined personas and scenarios. At this stage, answers like “who is this service for and why is it compelling?” should have been answered, they will shape the design.
Design
Mockups, wireframes and interaction sheets are part of what this step delivers. Storyboards will help us all understand users, their motivations and to justified design decisions.
Prototyping & Testing
A prototype of the website, software or product is built to test with users.
Refinement
Based on the output of the prototyping and testing phase, the design is refined.
