Remember the last time you got lost in a website and left without doing what you wanted to do there? That happened because that website didn’t have an interaction designer taking care of the user experience.

I help companies making websites, software and gadgets easier to use. The trick is to know what users and customers really need.

How do I do this? This is the process I’ve been following:

Research > Strategy > Design > Prototyping & Testing > Refinement
Learn more about the process

My background in a few words I studied computer science and business at the university. Later I have been attending courses on HCI and interaction design. I worked for a leading European online shopping portal, for business software consultancies and in the research area. I worked in South America and Germany; in 2009 co-founded the Munich chapter of the IxDA, the Interaction Design Association. Design vs Art is the interaction design project I run with my colleague Nora Gonzalez Dwyer.
